Our client, the Canadian leader in paper packaging is looking to add a Tow Motor Mechanic to their Scarborough plant.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a fleet of mobile equipment for the mill operations group
• Machinery and fabricate as per blueprint
• Repair mobile equipment
• Assist mill maintenance team as directed by the mill management team

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Ontario Automotive Mechanic License
• Must have full set (up to 24 mm/ 1″) of metric & standard tools
• Electrical/electronic skills are preferred
• Mobile equipment experience would be an asset.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Must be able to work shifts as well as some extended hours and weekends
• Qualified applicants will have good interpersonal and problem solving skills and able to work with other trades and operators
• Safety training is an asset
