Our Rouyn-based customer is looking for an architectural technician to join expand their team. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual who who loves a job well done and wants to join a team of professionals to carry out large-scale projects projects.

Your duties will include surveying buildings, assembling 3D models and detailed plans.

Projects can be commercial, institutional, residential or office or offices.

 

Here’s a summary of the tasks:

 

–  Contribute to the development of architectural'designs architectural designs.

–  Take building measurements (surveys) (surveys).

–  Develop drawings, models, virtual models and models, virtual models and specifications.

–  Estimate quantities of materials required for materials required for projects.

–  Assist in the analysis of current building codes building codes, municipal by-laws and space requirements requirements.

Profile

• College diploma in architectural technology or civil engineering. Any
• combination of relevant studies and experience will be considered.
• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Have experience working with REVIT software;
• Knowledge of the construction field.
• Fluent command of French, spoken and written;
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Computer skills: REVIT/ Autocad, Microsoft Office Suite, Maestro (asset).
