Summary:Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced accounting technician, with a solid grasp of the full accounting cycle, to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accounting by project.
• Be the contact person for the complete payroll process.
• Prepare annual tax statements (T4, Relevé 1, CNESST report) and QST and GST reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and transactions between accounts.
• Prepare quarterly financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with external accounting firm for annual financial audit.

Profile

Qualifications:

• College diploma (DEC) in accounting.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of the full accounting cycle.
• Experience with payroll management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
