Our client, a leading manufacturer of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods in Canada, operates on a 3-shift, 5-day schedule. They are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Planner to develop and oversee a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program and manage various maintenance projects. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday daytime position. Profil Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment Manage the repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and electrical systems Assign tasks to Maintenance staff and Production line mechanics, providing guidance and support Maintain detailed machine maintenance records Evaluate and implement a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Conduct regular machinery inspections to identify and address issues Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations Lead projects related to equipment maintenance Informations contractuelles Passion for machinery and maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Approximately 5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industries, particularly detergents, personal care, or food Proficiency in written and spoken English Functional skills with Excel, Word, and AutoCAD 2D This position offers a competitive salary between $70K and $80K, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
