Human Resources Director

We are seeking a Human Resources Director for one of our clients in Quebec. In collaboration with the VP of Finance and Administration, you will oversee the team of HR advisors, as well as the payroll officer and the receptionist. You will be responsible for occupational health and safety (OHS), labor relations, staffing, performance management, and HR marketing. You will also sit on the company’s strategic committee to ensure the planning of HR strategies and will be responsible for employee skills development as well as organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the HR team and support staff in payroll and reception;
• Manage OHS initiatives and labor relations;
• Lead staffing and performance management processes;
• Implement HR marketing strategies;
• Participate in the strategic planning committee to align HR strategies with business goals;
• Ensure employee development and organizational development initiatives are in place.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources;
• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Director;
• Strong listening skills and organizational sense;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams;
