Our client in the industrial mechanics field is looking for a Business Development Account Manager to take charge of its existing clientele in addition to developing new customers.Your responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers and maintain excellent customer service with a existing customer base;
- Visit existing customers to properly assess their needs and understand them;
- Listen, evaluate and recommend the best options for customers
- Analyze each customer account prior to visits to ensure that the industrial mechanics team’s schedule meets the customer’s deadlines
- Participate in estimating and quoting projects
- Ensure regular follow-up with our customers;
- Ensure customer satisfaction through solutions-based relationships
