Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator

A company operating in the B2B service sector is looking for a human resources and recruitment coordinator to create the company's human resources function. It's important to bear in mind that there are good recruitment periods during the company's peak seasons.Key Responsibilities– Conduct the complete staffing cycle for all company positions (driver’s license verification, job references, job postings etc)- Manage the international hiring file- Contribute to the establishment of recruitment strategies aimed at attracting the best candidates by using and improving the company’s visibility through social networks, job search sites and other media- Manage and coordinate employee on-boarding and off-boarding- Develop and ensure clear and regular internal communication to keep all staff informed of various activities and news- Update employee files and update records- Provide administrative support (letters, provide administrative support (letters, contracts, policies, announcements, appointments, departures)- Update human resources documentation- Develop the company’s employer brand- Manage and coordinate various HR development projects (according to priorities)- Draft disciplinary notices- Assist manager(s) in applying and complying with laws related to human resources management- Support the management of OHS files- Act as point of contact with the prevention mutualProfile
  •  DEC or BAC in industrial relations or business administration HRM option
  • 2 years’ experience in recruitment (Volume)
  • Sense of organization
  • Interest in building an HR function
  • Ability to manage several files at once
  • Discretion and professionalism
