Our client, an ambitious construction company, is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to strengthen its team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating and friendly environment.    

Main responsibilities

  
• Collaborate on estimates and price requests for tenders
  
• Manage the opening and closing of contracts according to established procedures
   
• Plan and manage projects (resources, budgets, equipment, schedules)
   
• Negotiate and award purchasing, supply and subcontracting contracts
   
• Track quantities completed and progressive invoicing
   
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications and applicable standards
   
• Coordinate and supervise field teams
   
• Perform worksite supervision
   
• Promote and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Travel to worksites 3 days a week
   
• Attend worksite meetings with MTQ and other stakeholders
  
• Commute to Quebec City office once a week

Position specifics

    This position requires high activity during the summer season, with a lighter workload in winter. One day of telecommuting per week is available.
