Our client in the mixed construction sector ( industrial, commercial and institutional) is looking for a Senior Project Manager. Working with your operational team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the profitability of the mechanical projects for which you are responsible. You will ensure that these projects meet the budgets, deadlines and standards set by the customer and our group.

You will be responsible for supervising and supporting your operational team in order to maintain an optimum level of performance and foster their professional development. You will be at the heart of your team's working relationships and will intervene when problems arise to improve productivity and the working atmosphere.

Main responsibilities:

• Promote and guarantee respect for our values in all operations.
• Develop innovative approaches that enable us to offer competitive prices while ensuring the expected profit margin.
• Supervise the preparation of bids for your projects.
• Make regular visits to worksites and customer sites.
• Maintain harmonious relations with customers.
• Promote and guarantee prevention in all operations.
• Participate in the assessment of risks associated with your projects in collaboration with the prevention department.
• Supervise the monitoring (costs and deadlines) of your projects, from design to installation, to achieve gross margin targets.
• Supervise your projects, including negotiating subcontractors, managing schedules and monitoring execution in liaison with field teams.
• Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and mentor your field supervision team, providing them with daily support and coaching.
