Main responsibilities: Evaluate project costs and present proposal to customers.Based on plans, specifications or customer interviews, plan and optimize project in terms of material, human and financial resources.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors while maintaining positive relationships.Coordinate projects, guarantee quality of deliverables, customer satisfaction and compliance with financial targets.Proactively monitor work progress and ensure the transmission of information to all parties concerned.ProfileThe ideal candidate profile:College diploma (DEC) in building mechanics, mechanical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience in the construction sector.Good knowledge of safety standards and building codes.Excellent computer skills.
