Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a well-known Quebec company. If you enjoy customer contact and solving situations where customer satisfaction is at the core of the company’s values, this position is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone or email;
  • Manage and follow up on complaints regarding the company’s products, services, or policies;
  • Communicate with customers to arrange deliveries and confirm addresses;
  • Ensure optimal follow-up to guarantee an excellent after-sales experience;
  • Manage internal files, including accounts receivable, service requests, inventories, etc.;
  • Process payments;
  • Conduct research to ensure the best solution for the customer.

This position can be for 32 or 40 hours per week!

Profile

  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role via phone, chat, or email;
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
  • Available to work weekdays plus one weekend day.

Contract Information

  • Available to work weekdays plus one weekend day;
  • Possibility to work 32 or 40 hours per week;
