Our client, a reputable accounting firm, is seeking an Assurance & Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team in London.

 

Responsabilités :

  • Lead client-facing teams in executing audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal control assessments, and financial/accounting transactions.
  • Manage a diverse client portfolio by understanding their business operations, identifying key risks, and identifying opportunities to add value. Ensure client needs are met, while nurturing and expanding relationships.
  • Ensure quality control throughout engagements and apply specialized knowledge to proactively identify and address potential issues related to client financial records and reports.
  • Provide in-depth industry and technical expertise in audit and assurance through client interactions, report generation, technical tasks, management presentations, and the delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Oversee engagement planning, scheduling, and project financials, including budgets, work-in-progress (WIP), timely billing, collections, and variance tracking.
  • Actively network within the local business community, explore business development opportunities, and contribute to preparing competitive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering both professional and personal growth by setting clear expectations, offering constructive feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Be open to travel as required for client engagements.

Expérience :

  • CPA designation required.
  • Strong grasp of business operations, accounting principles, management, and practice development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams, build relationships, and lead effectively.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
