IT Director

The ideal candidate is an experienced professional in IT management, particularly within a manufacturing environment. Under the supervision of the executive team, you will play a key role in optimizing IT systems and deploying technology solutions tailored to the company’s needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the strategic vision for IT in alignment with business objectives;
  • Oversee the IT team and coordinate technological projects, including the finalization of the ERP (Business Central) deployment;
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including network systems, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity;
  • Optimize IT management processes and ensure continuous technological monitoring;
  • Collaborate with different departments to improve operational efficiency;
  • Participate in budget management and optimize technology investments;
  • Provide technical support and enhance user services;
  • Manage relationships with technology suppliers and partners.

Profile:

  • University degree in information technology or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP (asset);
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (asset);
  • Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in IT systems management;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and cybersecurity;
  • Experience in team management and cross-functional coordination;
  • Ability to optimize technological processes and ensure strategic monitoring.

Contract Information:

  • Permanent full-time position – 40 hours per week;
  • Competitive salary (between $100,000 and $140,000 per year);
