The Construction Project Manager will assume responsibility for the complete management, planning, monitoring, contracting and supervision of construction projects relating to the creation and modernization of data centers, both new and existing (industrial construction). The ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of mechanical, civil, electrical and building engineering systems and principles, as well as substantial experience in managing construction projects with budgets ranging from $10 to $300 million. Previous experience in fields such as healthcare, utilities or defense is considered a crucial asset for this assignment. The candidate will work closely with design engineers, junior project managers and draftsmen to ensure compliance with all design requirements.In-depth knowledge of codes and standards such as IEEE, CBC, RBQ, etc., is required for the ideal candidate, who will be able to work closely with design engineers, junior project managers and draftsmen to ensure compliance with all design requirements. fluency in French and English is essential, as is ASP certification in construction safety, or willingness to take in-house training.
