Our client an accounting firm in the Montreal area is looking for a tax consultant to join its team specializing in corporate reorganizations.Supporting and developing employees while fostering collaborative work are paramount values for our client.The work atmosphere is both dynamic and warm.Main tasks:

• Realize various mandates such as reorganizations, purchase and sale plans for SMEs.
• Develop tax optimization strategies, identify planning elements and potential risks.
• Perform technical research, analysis and write reports to this effect.
• Assist clients in the practical implementation of tax reorganizations.
• Review individual, corporate and trust tax returns for various types of SMEs.
• Manage time efficiently between various mandates while providing quality service.
• Assume other related responsibilities.

Profile

Required qualifications:

• A graduate degree in taxation or equivalent certification.
• A CPA professional designation.
• A minimum of 3 years'experience in an accounting firm.
• Expertise in preparing corporate tax returns for various SMEs.
• A mastery of the Office suite as well as specialized software Taxprep and Caseware
• Meticulousness
