Our client located on the south shore of Montreal is looking for a bookkeeping technician to take charge of a portfolio of clients.

Description of your role within the team:

• Provide complete bookkeeping management for various clients;
• Perform bank reconciliations, enter accounting entries, produce monthly financial statements and perform detailed general ledger analyses;
• Prepare various reports, including government declarations such as DAS, TPS-TVQ, CCQ, CNESST, etc. ;
• Provide personalized support to various customers for their bookkeeping needs ;
• Communicate regularly with customers ;
• Perform various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Profile

Professional experience of 2 years or more

• College degree in accounting or equivalent;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Flexibility and autonomy;
• Communication skills;
• Good team player;
• Sense of thoroughness and attention to detail;
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously.
