Electromechanic

His responsibilities include checking, repairing and maintaining all production machines and building infrastructures. His role also involves diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems, particularly in the context of automation. He or she carries out regular preventive maintenance on equipment and suggests improvements to optimize machine operation. He is also able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, enabling him to diagnose electrical problems effectively. He works closely with operational teams, providing them with the necessary technical support. His commitment also includes taking part in projects for the continuous improvement of operations and the promotion of occupational health and safety standards, while scrupulously complying with current regulations. ProfileThe ideal candidate would have a DEP in electromechanics or equivalent training, and at least three (3) years of relevant experience in the field. A restricted certificate in equipment connection would be an asset. In addition, previous experience in a manufacturing sector would be highly advantageous. In terms of skills, knowledge of the "Interal" system would be an asset, as would experience in programming Schneider and Omron PLCs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the electrical field, are essential. The candidate should also be a team player, resourceful and self-reliant. He/she should be able to meet tight deadlines and be detail-oriented. Finally, a working knowledge of English, both written and spoken, would be necessary for this position.
