Under the supervision of the Director, Project Manager assumes responsibility for or contributes to the implementation of construction, renovation, preservation and building development projects by managing contracts with professionals and contractors. It also coordinates the efforts of all parties involved to ensure the efficient completion of work within cost, time and project requirements, while ensuring appropriate follow-up.You will also be expected to attend site meetings, complete reports, contribute with the quality control team.You may follow up on change requests and depending on your comfort level take on more responsibility.Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to construction project management, or a DEC in building mechanics or architecture, and make up for each year of missing education with two (2) years of relevant experience;
- Having relevant experience in major project management will be considered an asset;
- Also possess five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of construction project management, or a DEC in building mechanics or architecture, and make up for each year of missing education with two (2) years of relevant experience;

- Know the laws, regulations, codes and standards related to the fields of activity;
