Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join a team in a dynamic environment with over 500 employees spread across multiple sites and operating under two distinct unions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising a payroll team, improving systems and processes, as well as a thorough understanding of legal requirements and collective agreements related to payroll. You will be responsible for the complete payroll cycle for unionized and non-unionized employees, who may be located in various provinces and the USA.

Profile:

• Over 10 years of experience in the complete payroll cycle
• More than 5 years of experience in personnel management
• Functional English
• Attention to detail and rigor
• Positive leadership skills
• Interest in team development
