The responsibilities of this position will be to advise customers on the products of various insurance companies in order to meet their service and sales needs

Main responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES

–         Gather the information needed to understand the needs of customers needs;-         Analyze the information in order to offer the insurance product that suits the customer’s needs;-         Popularize the features of the products offered ;-         Market ;-           Negotiate with insurers ;-         Assume responsibility for contract amendments and renewals renewals –         Provide quality customer service in collaboration with a portfolio portfolio manager ;-        Respond to various requests from policyholders and insurers ;-        Review contracts ;-       Follow insurers’ standards regarding risk quality and underwriting policies underwriting policies.

Profile

• DEC or AEC in property and casualty insurance
• 4 years’ experience in commercial commercial-lines damage insurance
• Have a commercial-lines damage insurance commercial-lines damage insurance broker'Autorité des marchés financiers marchés financiersMastery of excel, Word and Outlook
• Mastery of of TAM,EPIC,  Policy Works will be considered an asset
• Spoken bilingualism (French/English) oral and written
• Excellent communication and listening skills listening skills

Contractual information

–       Permanent position full-time, permanent (35h/week)
