Career Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Consultant

Our client offers an environment where you will be involved in the recruitment process from start to finish, from taking the mandate to hiring the candidate. You will collaborate with managers to identify needs, post job openings, draft interview questionnaires, and validate references.

A skills development aspect will be added to your responsibilities once you master the talent acquisition function, allowing you to implement training programs, evaluate them, and ensure that the developed skills are well applied.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and orchestrate the entire recruitment and selection process.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies and create selection tools aligned with the key competencies sought.
• Design attractive job descriptions and write compelling job advertisements.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and coordinate necessary tests.
• Contribute to the promotion and enhancement of the employer brand.
• Participate in identifying skills development needs (initial and ongoing training) and in creating the development framework.
• Collaborate with specialists to lead the design of tailored programs that meet specific needs.
• Implement tools to measure the effectiveness of training and the transfer of skills.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration with a focus on HR
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Results-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage time and priorities effectively
• Proficient in both French and English, spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (an asset)
